Valley Research Park features 5 conference rooms for great meetings. Reservations are required. If someone is in the room at your reserved time, politely tell them that you have the room reserved.

Use the form below to make your reservation. Each room has a video screen and HDMI connections. More features are listed on this page for your reference. You will receive confirmation and reminder emails. Please cancel a reservation immediately if your plans change.

  • Big Sur has two rows of moveable tables for productive meetings. The 88” screen includes a camera for Zoom video conferencing. Connect via HDMI or casting.

    This room can be combined with Point Reyes to allow for meetings with 15 to 50 people.

  • Carmel features one large conference table with 90” screen with camera for Zoom video meetings.

    Wired internet available via ethernet cable in table.

  • Point Reyes features 4 moveable tables and seats 10. An 80” screen can be connected via HDMI or screen cast.

    This room can be combined with Big Sur to allow for meetings of 15 to 50 people. Wired internet available via ethernet cable in table.

  • The Sonoma conference room features a single table with 80” video screen.

    A CoolPo 360 camera is in this room to allow for Teams or Zoom calls. Wired internet available via ethernet cable in table.

  • Yosemite features a single conference table with a 90” video screen. Connect via HDMI or VGA in table.
